Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies registered with the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia had the opportunity to participate in another training session held on October 18, 2022. in the premises of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade.
Given that the Rulebook on the work of ADR bodies has been in effect since June 2022, along with the newly established IT platform, an online workshop was held for all bodies on November 20, 2022. ADR bodies had the opportunity to directly ask questions from practice, to which they received answers from the Sector for Consumer Protection and experts from the EU Twinning project. Almost all registered ADR bodies took part in the workshop and appreciated the opportunity to have a joint session and experience exchange.
